What Bend Homeowners and Managers Say

Our windows had not been properly cleaned in three years and the hard-water staining from irrigation was bad — we thought we would need to replace panes. They assessed everything, told us what was restorable, and treated the worst ones. Windows look brand new. Honest pricing, on time.

They noticed a failing seal on our master bedroom window while cleaning — the fog between panes was just starting. We would have missed that for another year. Excellent clean, tracks spotless, done in 3 hours on a 4-bedroom home.

We manage 6 vacation rentals in Sunriver and needed all of them cleaned before peak season. They handled all 6 in one day. Guests regularly mention the clean windows in reviews. Best crew in Central Oregon.

Quoted a fair price, showed up on time, cleaned everything including the tracks — which I have never had another company do without charging extra. The screens came back spotless. Will be booking twice a year going forward.

The post-construction clean on our new build in Discovery West was exactly what we needed. Stickers, overspray, and the sawdust in the tracks were all handled. They even flagged a couple of manufacturer scratches we would have missed during the walkthrough.

Had three other companies tell me the mineral stains on our south windows were permanent. These guys patch-tested a small area, showed me it was surface mineral, and restored the whole wall of glass. Honest from the start.
